Workday Software Engineer interview experience

It leaned into behavioral questions and culture fit, with a clear focus on how I’d worked with others.

The manager covered themes around Workday’s culture, and I discussed my previous work examples to ground the conversation. I felt like they were trying to see the connection between my experience and how the team operates.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the round itself felt thoughtful and clearly structured around fit and collaboration.
