Workday QA Engineer interview experience

After that, I had a phone recruiting call, and then I went into two rounds of interviews.

The process didn’t end up working out for me—at the end of those interviews I failed to progress. It felt like a normal sequence of evaluation rounds, but the final decision came after only a couple of interview steps.

I didn’t get an offer, and the part that stayed with me was how quickly the process moved from initial screening to the final “not selected” point once the interview rounds were complete.
