Workday QA Engineer interview experience

It felt like there wasn’t a lot of efficiency in how long things took, and the timing ended up affecting other parts of my job search.

The biggest theme for me was that the sequence had more steps than it seemed to need. I had the qualifications, yet the process still dragged on long enough that it became disruptive rather than just thorough.

I didn’t receive an offer. The honest reflection I carried after was that, even when the interviews themselves go fine, too many rounds can become its own negative—especially when the process length starts to outweigh the value of the added screening.
