Los Angeles, CAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a small case interview where I had to demo my current office software and then prepare a pitch deck.

That was paired with behavioral interviews with multiple managers, and the process ran for a couple of rounds before a decision.

What surprised me was how smooth and cooperative it felt as an interviewee. Even though it included a case component and the added workload of creating a pitch deck, the interactions with the managers were collaborative rather than adversarial.

I wasn’t selected, but I remember the experience as genuinely organized and easy to navigate. The structure was fairly involved, yet it didn’t drag or feel hostile, which made the whole thing less stressful than I expected.
