Workday Software Engineer interview experience

It was more of a vibe check than an assessment of deep product knowledge, and the whole tone stayed conversational.

Most of what I discussed was behavioral and related to how I’d work with others, rather than jumping into anything that felt like LeetCode. I remember leaving with the sense that they cared more about how I think and how I operate day to day than about cracking technical puzzles.

I still didn’t end up with an offer, but the process felt approachable rather than adversarial.
