I applied through my university and got an interview scheduled within about a week.

The conversation with the interviewer didn’t feel very technical; it mostly focused on my technical background and then moved into behavioral-style questions. Overall, the process felt straightforward and pleasant, and the atmosphere never felt adversarial.

After that first interview, the process didn’t continue for me the way I expected, and I didn’t end up receiving an offer. What stuck with me most was how light the technical emphasis felt compared to what I’d heard from other companies, even though it still centered on my past work and how I’d handle different situations.
