I interviewed for Software Engineer and the overall experience felt on the harder side, with multiple stages and a strong emphasis on explaining my approach.

Recruiter/phone stage — a first call to review fit before moving forward.
Online exercises — a set of online tasks as a gate to the next step.
Video challenge — a videollamada where I solved a challenge in the programming language of my choice, explaining each step and my process as I worked. Outcome: I only made it through the first three phases; I didn’t progress after the video challenge, and the “explain-as-you-go” format was a key differentiator.
