MexicoPosted Aug 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer, but the journey didn’t feel consistent in who advanced—some steps advanced quickly while another application was rejected early due to profile fit.

Application via website / fast follow-up — after applying online, I was contacted within about a week to schedule a videollamada.
Early rejection on a separate attempt — in another application, I was rejected by email for not matching the profile, without a full process. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that fit/pool screening strongly influenced whether candidates even reached the technical stages.
