SpainPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Wizeline and, although the technical parts varied, the biggest theme was unreliable scheduling and communication across the process (from weeks to months).

Initial recruiter contact — I had early HR coordination, sometimes with limited detail about what to expect.
Technical rounds — I went through technical evaluations such as API-related exercises or coding, and I felt some went reasonably.
Follow-up / decision gap — After interviews, I experienced missing feedback or being ghosted, including cases where offers were implied but never arrived.
Reschedules and cancellations — I encountered instances where interviews were canceled or no one joined the call, followed by vague explanations.
**Long delays / repeated
