I interviewed for Software Engineer and felt the process was not transparent, with decisions driven by factors that weren’t explained.

Phone screening — a recruiter screen followed by an additional conversation.
Manager interview — I then went through a manager discussion.
Technical interview — I solved the assigned exercise, but I felt it was rejected based on the interviewer’s opinion of how I debugged rather than the outcome. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and I didn’t get clear explanations for subsequent rejections.
