I interviewed for Software Engineer in a process where the early technical rounds were clear, but pandemic-related timing disrupted the flow.

HR screen — HR asked role/culture-related questions.
Coding challenge — I received a Codility assessment with three problems in about 60 minutes.
Phone interview — a 90-minute call including QA plus two easy/medium coding questions with some help from the interviewer.
Onsite paused — the next onsite stage was paused because of COVID and interviews were halted. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that operational disruptions can stop a strong process mid-stream.
