I interviewed for Software Engineer and the process was quick, mainly centered on problem-solving plus an English, paid-programming style task.

CodeSignal problem-solving — I completed an assessment on CodeSignal to demonstrate basic problem-solving.
Real app bug fixing + feature work — I worked on a real application, fixing bugs and adding a feature under a paid programming format.
Interview Q&A during execution — I had to explain how I would approach tasks, why I’d do things that way, and how I’d improve the result. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway is that communication and rationale during execution mattered as much as the code.
