I experienced a structured onsite format with classic consulting components—behavior, culture check, and a one-on-one case—though it didn’t result in an offer.

Onsite: behavioral — One-on-one behavioral interview with a senior consultant or above.
Behavioral/culture assessment during lunch — A culture-focused discussion during a lunch pairing with members across seniority.
Onsite: case — One-on-one case interview with a senior consultant or above. Outcome: No offer—the takeaway was that they intentionally mix behavioral and case evaluation, and the interview order could vary.
