I ran into a straightforward West Monroe interview flow that started with a recorded pre-screen and then led to a superday-style block with clear categories.

Recorded HireVue — I answered pre-set questions online.
Superday block (~2 hours) — I met for one behavioral, one technical, and one case interview with senior consultants/managers; the conversations felt like scheduled components rather than surprises.
Case/skills/behavior mix — in the version I experienced elsewhere, the superday included case, behavioral, and skills with about 45 minutes per segment. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process was predictable: know your resume, be ready to explain it, and practice case/technical
