Seattle, WAPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a lighter-feeling West Monroe interview flow that still covered the essentials: fit, skills, and a case, with a lot of friendly interaction.

Three-round set — behavioral analysis/professional history plus a case; some interviewers spent most of their time on business cases.
3-part interview (behavioral, skills, case) — a short skills check to verify relevant knowledge and a case question that was abstract but manageable. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the cases were less intimidating than they sound, especially with clear communication.
