I had a relatively focused process that started with a background conversation and moved quickly into a case designed to test how I think through profitability.

Background with a director — a chill conversation about my background, with some prompts about how I calculated numbers from my resume.
Case interview (open-ended) — an open-ended prompt using a CPG company scenario and what I would change to improve profitability.
Final (behavior + case) — another variation of the same arc: an additional behavioral segment paired with a case, handled efficiently. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in these experiences; the takeaway was that West Monroe wanted clear reasoning more than perfect answers.
