Seattle, WAPosted Dec 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an event-first campus and office learning experience that focused more on introduction and role understanding than on intense testing.

On-campus meet-and-greet — An initial event and short introduction.
On-campus behavioral/resume conversation — Questions about my course load and relevant experience.
Seattle office session (group learning) — A larger group meeting where they taught about the company, direction, and day-to-day work. Outcome: No offer—the takeaway was that they invest in role immersion early, even if you’re not ultimately selected.
