I went through a relaxed, easy interview process for an Account Executive-type retail role, centered on behavioral fit and paperwork.

Application + background check — I applied online, completed easy forms, and the company ran a background check.
In-person interview — I met in person and had a low-pressure conversation with friendly management.
Fast decision + training — I heard back quickly and then went through a short training period. Outcome: I was moved forward quickly, and the takeaway was that the process was geared for fit and readiness rather than complex testing.
