I went through an interview process that felt more involved than the quickest screens, but still focused on being authentic—especially around lifestyle fit and fit with company values.

Phone or HR touchpoint — I had an initial conversation to confirm my personality alignment with the values and job expectations.
Manager/team interviews — I met with managers or team members in a laid-back setting, with more back-and-forth discussion than strict behavioral grilling.
Lifestyle-based questions (brand lifestyle fit) — I was asked what activities I enjoy and questions tied to how I live the lifestyle, not just sales experience.
Availability / work logistics check — they also asked about availability and how I’d fit the schedule.
