Newport Beach, CAPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a very low-pressure, get-to-know-you style interview that moved quickly, mostly focused on personality and basic teamwork.

Short phone screen (or minimal intro) — I answered general questions about myself, my strengths/weaknesses, and availability.
In-person interview — the discussion was brief and conversational; I was asked about working in a team, handling situations in a customer-facing role, and generally showing I could be a good cultural fit.
Optional close-out (questions back) — they gave time for me to ask questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt extremely easy and mostly about being personable rather than proving advanced experience.
