I was hired after an unstructured early process, but my later experience raised concerns about fairness and expectations.

Unstructured interview — The interview itself didn’t feel organized; it was more informal than a structured process.
On-the-job mismatch & management behavior — After being hired, I experienced favoritism and commitments that weren’t honored, plus staffing and role-demographics mismatch (sometimes just repetitive folding). Outcome: I got the job, but the takeaway is that what’s promised during hiring didn’t align with how things operated day to day.
