I had very minimal early interaction—quick, straightforward conversations—but didn’t end up with a clear resolution.

Application submitted; request for next steps — I applied, then had to call to learn when I would hear a decision; it felt simple and easy.
No real formal interview content — In another similar case, the process was basically submitting a resume, discussing what clothes I liked and why I liked the company—straightforward and unassuming. Outcome: I didn’t receive a clear offer/decision in these experiences; the takeaway is that the screening can be quick but not always transparent about next steps.
