Lansing, MIPosted Mar 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying, I went through a fairly straightforward sequence: an intelligence test and a personality test, both described as part of the early screening.

The intelligence test itself felt quick, and then I had a recruiter phone call. There was also a call from someone in my area of expertise, followed by a half-day interview that involved multiple groups, like I was rotating through different interviewers. After that, I only had a follow-up back with the recruiter.

Overall it felt like an orderly process with several steps back to back, but I didn’t end up getting an offer. What stood out most to me was how compressed the on-site part was, since a half-day can pack in a lot of different conversations in a short time.
