After applying online, I was sent an aptitude/working-style assessment and cleared it.

A principal software engineer then scheduled a Teams interview that was supposed to last about an hour, but it barely ran for twenty minutes. About a week later, the recruiter called with negative feedback and ended up being the only part of the experience that felt respectful—at least he let me know the result instead of disappearing. Overall, it left me feeling like the process wasn’t taken
