Denver, COPosted Nov 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got contacted by a recruiter to gauge interest and talk through the initial job description and expectations, then had a quick phone interview.

After that, I did an unsupervised online aptitude test and then a supervised version of the same kind of aptitude test. Finally, I had a face-to-face conversation with supervisors and managers.

Once I was approved through those interviews, the process moved into background check and a drug test. It all felt like a fairly structured progression from initial screening into manager-level conversations.

Separately, my experience still matched the general pattern but with extra emphasis on what was being promised. The rounds felt rushed, and I didn’t feel fully confident about their timing
