I was asked to take a heavily invasive personality and cognitive ability test, and it rubbed me the wrong way because it felt less like evaluation and more like a way to waste time with a creepy questionnaire.

I decided not to take the exam and instead emailed the recruiter about not continuing.

In another round of evaluation, I also ended up facing a rejection that didn’t match what I experienced during the interview. I cleared the assessment and technical round 1, then did well in technical round 2 with the manager.
