Denver, COPosted Aug 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After the first two online assessments, I moved into a phone interview with a small group of development managers.

I expected something light given the earlier steps, but the conversation turned into fairly technical questioning very quickly. They started by asking for a quick overview of my past projects and then dove straight into technical questions.

I didn’t receive an offer. The biggest impression I had was how abrupt the shift was—from broad assessments into more in-depth technical discussion without much runway.
