I interviewed for a Software Engineer role where the evaluation leaned across multiple disciplines, with an average difficulty overall.

Technical assessments/coding — I went through coding challenges and technical evaluation.
System design discussions — I discussed system design topics rather than only algorithms.
Behavioral interview — a behavioral component tested communication and fit.
Scope emphasis — they specifically emphasized Java, web frameworks, database knowledge, and frontend/backend proficiency (JavaScript frameworks and Spring). Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; my takeaway is that they assessed both breadth (frontend/backend) and architectural thinking.
