PunePosted Aug 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a notably bad experience with a prolonged, confusing set of interviews and repeated calls, ultimately ending in rejection.

First interview set — I was contacted multiple times and started the interview process.
Repeated interviews — The process involved several long interviews with panels that didn’t seem prepared.
Reconsideration call and repetition — After rejection, I was asked to re-consider and the same process repeated.

Outcome: I was rejected; the takeaway is that inconsistency and panel preparedness issues can seriously impact the experience.
