PunePosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role via a campus placement flow at Veritas Technologies, and the process started with filtering before multiple interview rounds.

Campus shortlisting — they shortlisted based on GPA and then moved me to an online test.
Online test — computer fundamentals plus coding problems.
Interview round 1 — after the test, I went through the first of three rounds.
Interview round 2 — a second round after the test.
Interview round 3 — a third interview round to complete the loop.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the key feel was that the screening + fundamentals-heavy test was the gateway.
