I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Veritas Technologies and found the process on the harder side, with multiple technical rounds followed by leadership-level discussion.

Coding round — started with a difficult coding-focused interview.
Technical follow-ups — additional interviews that were generally tough, including deeper questioning tied to earlier coding work.
Managerial round — discussed past projects and experience from a leadership perspective; in one case it involved architecture/project discussion.
HR-style wrap-up / managerial-level HR — an HR conversation that leaned managerial and included some technical elements.
Outcome: I didn’t progress to an offer, but I could tell the bar was higher and staying calm/timed
