I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Veritas Technologies on campus and had three focused rounds: resume review, manager discussion, and HR.

Technical (resume-based) — questions based on my resume; this was handled by someone with substantial experience.
Manager meeting — went through relevant experience from my resume and asked about it.
HR round — general awareness and HR-style questions.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the feedback loop was consistent: prove your resume story first, then confirm fit with manager and HR.
