I experienced a friendly, structured process that still tested a mix of aptitude, technical depth, and communication style, though I didn’t end up getting an offer.

Aptitude + technical + managerial + HR (campus-style) — I went through an aptitude section (including C/quant/SQL/related topics) followed by technical and then managerial/HR conversations.
Technical interviews with scenario/puzzle emphasis — Interviewers were easygoing, and I discussed puzzles and scenarios alongside programming questions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the communication tone helped, but I still needed to match their scenario/puzzle-style technical expectations.
