I was contacted by HR to schedule a virtual technical round after an initial screen, but the interview ended up being the worst experience due to limited structure.

Initial screening + scheduling — After not being shortlisted from the first interview, HR reached out to schedule a VC technical round.
Virtual technical round (single panelist) — I joined a panel-style technical conversation that felt poorly handled.

Outcome: I didn’t get shortlisted/offer; the takeaway is that a single-panel VC round can still be a poor experience if expectations aren’t clear.
