PunePosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a promising early pipeline for the software engineering role, but the process stalled after HR confirmed selection and I still never received an offer.

Careers portal application — I applied online and then moved into a single technical test followed by two interview rounds.
Technical interviews — I completed the two interview rounds that supported the initial screening.
HR follow-up — HR told me I had been selected, asked me to submit documents, and promised the offer would come after a short delay due to the head being on leave.

Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the main takeaway is that HR coordination and timing can derail even when interviews go well.
