I interviewed for the software engineering role in a smooth, organized pipeline with a relaxed vibe, focusing on both fit and technical fundamentals over a small number of stages.

Internal recruiter screening — I talked about my background, skill set, and career goals.
Non-technical team manager conversation — We covered fit, organization/product curiosity, technical stack at a high level, and career direction.
Technical interview (senior + principal together) — I got mostly technical discussion with some practical programming questions.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that the process was friendly but still required strong technical alignment.
