I only made it to a pre-screening interview, and it was mostly behavioral.

It covered the usual setup questions like telling me about myself, plus the recruiter introducing the company and explaining what they do and the benefits.

The whole call felt laid back, and the recruiter was extremely friendly. There wasn’t much pressure or technical depth—more like an initial conversational screen to see whether there was potential alignment.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, that first step felt comfortable and low-stress, and it gave me a clear idea of how the recruiter wanted to start conversations rather than jump into hard evaluation right away.
