My process started with an OA, then a recruiter call, and then a standard technical flow that became a virtual onsite.

The onsite included two technical rounds and one behavioral round, and the whole thing felt fairly professional and organized.

What I remember most is that the bar felt high for moving forward. Even though the formats themselves were pretty conventional, there was a sense that they were strict about what “passing” looked like, and the process didn’t feel like it was designed to be forgiving if you were only partially there. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the disappointment was more about realizing how selective the pipeline was than about any surprise technical curve.
