I had a Zoom-based interview that was supposed to last about 45 minutes.

The interviewer was professional and welcoming, and right away the tone felt positive.

During the call, I worked through a coding question based on the programming language I preferred. The format was pretty clear in advance: the goal was to show both technical ability and communication—how I approached the solution and how well I explained what I was doing.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the main thing I remember was that the experience felt structured and respectful. Even though I didn’t move forward, the interview itself felt like it was designed to fairly evaluate my process.
