San Diego, CAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Vanta treated me like I was actually part of the process, not just something to test.

Every step felt respectful, and communication was prioritized, so I never felt unprepared for the next conversation. That tone mattered a lot to me because it made the whole journey feel fair and human.

The interview experience also felt like it was designed to help me understand what was coming and what they were evaluating. I said yes to continuing because the respect I received made the experience feel credible rather than purely transactional. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I walked away impressed by how considerate the process felt.
