Across my rounds, the recruiter experience really stood out as structured and respectful of time.

The recruiter was proactive, set expectations clearly for each stage, and the interviews were scheduled in consistent 45-minute blocks.

What I noticed most was that the interviewers seemed well prepared and showed up on time. The conversations felt well run and organized, and the overall tone was considerate of my time and attention.

I didn’t receive an offer in the end, but the feeling left from this process was positive on logistics and professionalism. My reflection was that even without a win, it helped a lot when the process itself didn’t feel chaotic or disrespectful.
