Louisville, KYPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience began with an initial phone screen, and then I was brought in for an in-person interview with people from different departments.

The context around the role was broader than I expected—I met with stakeholders tied to different types of aircraft, and it felt like they were mapping my fit across multiple internal groups.

The in-person portion included a handful of interviews where they asked questions and leaned into situational scenarios about how I would deal with problems. On top of that, a facility tour was included, which made the day feel more immersive than a typical interview that stays fully in a room.

After the interviews, there was a clear follow-up timeline: they would call to let me know I’d been selected
