Atlanta, GAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a panel interview that felt unusual compared to more typical technical-heavy loops because it was tied to a project.

In my head I expected to go deep into complex problem-solving, but instead it mostly turned into a chance for them to put a face to my resume.

They asked about things like SharePoint and Power Apps, and the overall tone was more personality-focused than intense technical drilling. It felt like the conversation was about how I’d represent myself and my experience, not about pushing through tricky coding.

I left thinking it was more of a fit-and-communication check than a stress test. Despite that relatively light feeling, I didn’t receive an offer.
