I experienced a very simple, somewhat repetitive interview flow for a Research Analyst role, starting with HR and then moving quickly to a panel.

Application + short-answer submission — online application required short responses, a cover letter, and a resume.
Recruiter screen — a preliminary HR call.
Face-to-face panel interview (30 minutes) — a panel of employees asked questions that largely repeated across rounds.
Additional panel round(s) — the same themes came up again, but the tone remained straightforward. Outcome: No offer; the main takeaway is that the process was easy and mostly repetition-focused rather than highly technical.
