I interviewed for the Research Analyst role and found it moderately smooth and quick, with two main conversations involving the hiring manager and the team.

Interview with the hiring manager — discussed my background and fit for the position.
Group interview with the team — a second interview with other team members, focusing on how I’d work within the group.
Overall experience — the turnaround felt fast, and my transition from another University of Washington position seemed to help the process. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that speed and comfort don’t guarantee selection, so I still needed to bring strong, role-specific clarity.
