I went through a short, efficient recruitment flow for the Research Analyst role, but I found one part of onboarding could take a long time.

Brief interview/recruitment steps — the recruitment process itself felt quick and effective.
Recommendation letter timing — after completing steps, obtaining a recommendation letter turned out to be a lengthy process and wasn’t issued immediately. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the interview may be fast, but administrative requirements can extend the total timeline.
