I interviewed for the Research Analyst role in a conversational style that felt encouraging and helped me learn as much as I was assessed.

Conversational interviews — the interactions felt more like a discussion than a rigid Q&A.
Two-way learning — I got to understand more about the work during the interviews.
My preparation paid off — being prepared made the experience smoother and more productive. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that conversational interviews still require strong preparation to land the role.
