My interview was very straightforward and easy in difficulty.

They started by asking about my time commitment—essentially how many courses I was taking and whether I could realistically fit the role.

Then they gave me a data validation task that I had to complete and return the same day as the interview. What surprised me was how focused it was on immediate, practical work rather than behavioural questions. There weren’t any behavioural questions asked at all.

It felt like the goal was simply to confirm I had the availability and the basic ability to do the type of work they needed right away. I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself was smooth
