This process felt very organized and was conducted over the phone.

They were professional and kept me informed when I wasn’t selected, which I appreciated because it removed a lot of uncertainty.

Everything happened in a timely way, and even though the result wasn’t an offer for me, the communication made the experience feel respectful. I remember the main takeaway being how smoothly it was run—no long silence, and clear updates. It didn’t feel like a chaotic hiring funnel. The outcome was disappointing, but the process itself was handled well, and that honesty in communication stuck with me.
