United Airlines Software Engineer interview experience

The people I talked to were friendly, and the conversation went really smoothly for about an hour. I honestly went in expecting an offer, because the tone and engagement felt genuinely positive.

Even though I enjoyed it, I still didn’t get one afterward. Still, I kept a good impression of the process overall, and I’d be willing to apply again given how natural the discussion felt.
